Organizers

We are pioneers in national poultry produce, founded  on 10^th November 1953  with the purpose to promote poultry produce  as per initiative of  Messrs. Dante Rovascio, Pedro von Achembach and Daniel Larriera Eguzquiza.

The Association is run by a Directive Board elected by its associate members and is a legal entity with own premises at Ave. 18 de Julio 1459/101 in Montevideo city.

We are founding members of ALA – the Latin American Poultry Association, participating actively and strengthening  bonds with poultry producers not only in  Latin America but  also worldwide countries.

An Association is founded by visionaries which took initiative and promote its foundation on 23^rd April 1970 at the Buenos Aires Grain Board in  Argentina, at a meeting which started at 10.30 am of that morning, as per registry in the foundational act and as per articlce published in the La Prensa newspaper of 29^th April 1970, entitled “A POULTRY PROMOTION ENTITY HAS BEEN FOUNDED…”
