Dr. Fred Hoerr is a veterinary pathologist with a career focus on poultry diagnostic investigation and research. Dr. Hoerr was a diagnostician and director with the Alabama state laboratories and a professor at Auburn University for 32 years. Through his company, Veterinary Diagnostic Pathology, he provides histopathology services for poultry production, processing, and research. Dr. Hoerr has served as president of the AAAP and the American College of Poultry Veterinarians.
